Canadian Solar announced it was pricing its previously announced public offering at $34.00 per share.  Its share dropped 12% in the afternoon trading and closed at $31.07.  The shares will be available for purchase on or about next Tuesday, the company said.  So if you were thinking of buying it from the company market is offering it at better price.

Canadian Solar plans to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital, general corporate purposes and potential future acquisitions
