Energy Conversion Devices (ENER) Gets JANCO Sell Rating

JANCO Partners has downgraded Energy Conversion Devices (ENER) from Market Perform to Sell today and lowered the price target to $8.75..

FBR, Piper Jaffray Downgrade Sunpower (SPWRA) Following Accounting Errors

Last night it was announced that Sunpower was investigating some accounting errors at its Philippine operations and this morning the downgrades are flowing.

Piper Jaffray downgraded from Overweight to Neutral and lowered the price target from $38 to $31.

Piper Jaffray Downgrades GT Solar (SOLR), Lowers Price Target

Piper Jaffray is downgrading GT Solar (SOLR) to Underweight and slashing the price target to $3 following the earnings report.

Wedbush is downgrading First Solar (FSLR) this morning from Outperform to Neutral and cutting the price target from $170 to $120.

EnerNOC (ENOC) Gets Valuation Downgrade From Janney Montgomery

EnerNOC has had quite a run this year, up nearly 5 fold.  With runs like that often come valuation downgrades and Janney Montgomery Scott is out with one this morning, cutting the stock to Neutral.

Soleil Downgrades First Solar (FSLR) To Sell, Slashes Price Target

A few months ago Soleil Securities downgraded FSLR from Buy to Hold but increased the price target a  bit to $170.  The firm just got a lot more bearish on the stock and is downgrading it again from Hold to Sell and slashing the price target from $170 to $96.
