Otter Tail (OTTR) Plunges Again After Pricing Secondary

Otter Tail (OTTR) is plunging further below the 200 day moving average today and  trading around $30/share after pricing its secondary offering.  Bill Gates, a big holder of the stock is taking it on the chin again.. proving he’s no Warren Buffet.  Gates also took a big hit in Pacific Ethanol (PEIX).
