Argus-Spectrum, a leading Russian company specializing in fire and security systems, will use Echelon’s (ELON) LonWorks system for its line of monitoring services, enabling the company to use existing infrastructure while providing better reliability.

LonWorks is an underlying networking technology that communicates over existing power lines, connecting products such as air conditioning, smoke detectors and intrusion prevention.

Comverge (COMV) Secures $74 Million In PJM Auction, Increases Market Share

Comverge (COMV) didn’t have as much success in securing future revenues in the PJM market as EnerNOC (ENOC) did, but they have announced that they secured more than $74 million in future contracted revenue as a result of the 2013/2014 Reliability Pricing Model Base Residual Auction.

EnerNOC (ENOC) Expects $200 Million In Demand Response Revenue From PJM Market In 2013

EnerNOC (ENOC) has announced that based on the 2013/2014 Reliability Pricing Model Base Residual Auction results, it now expects to recognize over $200 million in DemandSMART revenue from the PJM market in 2013. They have also increased their base residual market share from 35% in 2012/2013 to 40% in 2013/2014.

EnerDel (HEV) And ITOCHU Demonstrate Automotive-to-Smart Grid Integration Project

Digi International (DGII) Scandal: CFO Resigns Amid Investigation

I missed the news last Friday that the CFO of Digi International (DGII) had resigned amid a corporate investigation.  More details are emerging.  The investigation centers around a possible violation of its entertainment and travel policies overseas with a few employees.  Jet setting and strip clubs?

Comverge (COMV) Misses Estimates, But Reaffirms Guidance

Comverge (COMV) reported a wider loss of .41/share this morning, 5 cents worse than Wall St estimates.  Revenues were also lighter than what Wall St anticipated at $13.4 million (estimates called for $16 million).  With revenues increasing 16% over the year ago quarter and MW under contract increasing 15% I would have liked to have seen a much better EPS number, so all in all, a disappointing quarter out of COMV which is expecting in … Read the rest

Another wild day and I’m busy watching the market and getting behind on green stocks updates!  Lots of analyst rating changes today..

Echelon (ELON) Beats, But Flat Over Year Ago; Files Mixed Shelf

Today reminds me why I don’t particularly enjoy earnings season.. it’s a heckuvva lotta work keeping up!  Echelon (ELON) reported today too and beat Wall St estimates by a decent margin.  They reported a non GAAP loss of .18/share on revenues of $18.1 million.  While that beat estimates of -.33/share on revenues of $16.37 million, it’s basically a flat quarter over the year ago quarter.

Powersecure (POWR) Reports Strong Quarter, Misses Rev Est; Files Mixed Shelf

PowerSecure (POWR) reported terrific growth after the bell today, but compared to what Wall St was estimating, the results were mixed.  The company beat on the EPS side posting a non GAAP EPS of .07/share vs the estimate of .06/share, while revenues didn’t quite meet expectations at $24.7 million.  It’s still a great quarter with revenues increasing 25% and EPS increasing 200% over the year ago quarter.  However, that was priced into the stock when … Read the rest
