Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE) Purchase of FuelMaker Cancelled

A few hours ago it was announced that Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE) and American Honda Motor have mutually agreed to terminate the purchase agreement of FuelMaker Corp of Toronto for $17 million.  No word on what led to the cancellation.
