* Nov 19th & 20th Cypress Semiconductor (CY) CEO bought 1,126,560 for roughly $3.5 million

* Nov 14th, 17th, 18th Energysolutions (ES) CEO Steve Creamer bought 1 million shares for roughly $4 million

SELLING

* Nov 24th Aerovironment (AVAV) Chairman/President Timothy Conver sold 22,268 shares for roughly $400K.  He sold a similar amount at the beginning of November.
