LDK Solar (LDK) Planning IPO Spin-off Of Polysilicon Biz?
JLM Pacific posted today that LDK Solar (LDK) is planning to spin off its polysilicon solar biz in an IPO on the Hong Kong exchange as reported at www.163.com. Shares are trading flat today, but if that rumor is substantiated, it could give shares a bigger boost in the future. What a difference a few weeks makes! On Nov 1st LDK was trading under $5.50/share following the Q-Cells squabble. It’s nearly doubled off that level.
