Capstone Turbine announced on Monday that has added a new distributor for its products in Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri: Interstate Power Solutions, a company that has been supplying electrical systems to Midwestern companies for over 25 years.

In a press release, executives from both companies commented on the partnership:

“Interstate has a successful track record of working with companies throughout the Midwest to help improve their energy systems,” said Jim Crouse, Capstone’s Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. “Interstate will play a key role in introducing Capstone’s clean and reliable products to a variety of companies in the region.”

“For more than a year we researched low-emission, high-efficiency energy products available and clearly Capstone is the industry leader,” said Danny Smith, Interstate President. “Our customers want new and different approaches to energy efficiency and the ability to produce clean and independent power from the grid. With Capstone, we now offer cost-effective microturbines as a customer’s primary or back-up power source.”
