Quantum Fuel Tech (QTWW) is one of five companies selected to participate in a one year testing program with the US Postal Service to study the adoption of EV’s. A successful study could pave the way for a mass adoption of EV’s by the USPS in the coming years. Quantum will integrate its Quantum Quiet high efficiency drive system into a Grumman EV, designed specifically for the postal service which will require frequent stops over short distances. Shares of QTWW are off the morning highs but still up about 7%. Shares have been pummeled in the past few weeks and now trade below a buck a share. Might soon be an attractive lotto ticket down at these levels.
