A-Power Energy (APWR) has entered into an MOU agreement with Mongolia to construct a new 290,000 square foot wind turbine production facility with the capacity to produce approximately 800 MW of wind turbines each year.

According to Street Insider, shares of A-Power (APWR) are trading more than 10% higher today on news that the company has completed construction of the first phase of its 310, 000 sq foot wind turbine production facility in Shenyang, China.
