Converted Organics (COIN) Narrows Loss As Revenues Continue To Grow

Whole Foods (WFMI) Carrying Converted Organics (COIN) Fertilizer In More Stores

Converted Organics (COIN) popped a bit this morning with volume when it announced that Whole Foods (WFMI) has been carrying its organic fertilizer product in quite a few more stores this year over last year.  COIN never misses a chance to get a positive press release out and they didn’t miss this opportunity either.  Whole Foods carried the product in just 18 stores last year, but this year is carrying it in 84 stores.

Converted Organics is launching a new industrial wastewater (IWW) market division to treat contaminated water before it is released back into the environment. Converted Organics just announced that they have shipped their LC 1-1-1 liquid organic fertilizer to Liberty Acres Fertilizer Corporation, a major East Coast fertilizer distributor with centers in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. The company expects to ship more of this product to Liberty Acres in the next few weeks.

Walmart Puerto Rico Orders Organic Fertilizer From Converted Organics (COIN)

Converted Organics just announced that its Caribbean distributor has received an order for its organic fertilizer from Walmart of Puerto Rico. Quantities were not specified, but the products ordered were Converted Organics’ Lawn & Turf™ 8-1-4, Flower & Garden™ 4-1-8 and Indoor & Container™ 4-1-8 organic fertilizer products.

Converted Organics (COIN) Receives Notice Of Non-Compliance From NASDAQ

According to this press release, Converted Organics has received official notice from the NASDAQ stock exchange that it is not in compliance with Rule 5550(a)(2), as its stock price has closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days.
