The company felt that the dilution was hurting the stock price too much! No sh@$#@t. New 11.1MW Rooftop Project for Prologis (PLD)
ProLogis Renewable Energy just announced that it signed a new agreement with Southern California Edison for 100MW of power. The first phase of this agreement is an 11.1MW rooftop solar project covering 2.5 million square feet of roof space across five buildings. Southern California Edison will own and operate the system, and will pay ProLogis rent for use of its roof and construction management fees. Fuel Tech (FTEK) Announces $2.0 Million In Orders
Fuel Tech just announced that it has received $2 million worth of orders for its air pollution control devices. One of the largest orders was from Spain, for two aqueous ammonia-based Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems for nitrogen oxide (NOx) reduction at municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerators.
