Clean Energy Fuels To Purchase Exterran’s Gas Station Business

Clean Energy Fuels just announced that it is buying Exterran’s  natural gas fueling station business. The $5.9 million deal includes all of Exterran’s natural gas stations as well as Exterran’s four maintenance contracts with transit operators.

Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE) Announces Deal With Seattle Garbage Collection Service

Clean Energy Fuels, the natural gas refueling company owned by T. Boone Pickens, announced yesterday that it has made an agreement with official Seattle trash-collection company CleanScapes. Under the terms of the 10-year agreement, Clean Energy Fuels will build and operate a natural gas refueling station to service CleanScape’s vehicles. Biofuel Energy (BIOF) Hit Hard on Corn, Nat Gas Hedges

According to StreetInsider.com, Biofuel Energy (BIOF) has announced that it had realized approximately 26.1 million in losses resulting from closing out various corn, ethanol and nat gas hedges and has an additional 20 million in unrealized paper losses at current prices.
